How do I return an item? If you receive an item that is damaged or defective on receipt, we will replace the item at our expense. Items returned for any other reason* are subject to a 10% restocking fee (minimum restocking charge will be $5.00). *Please note that for piano lighting products, we can only accept returns for lamps which are defective, as per the manufacturer's policy (lamp sales are otherwise final). All returns require a Return Authorization number. Return Instructions: Send an email to returns@pianogoods.com and include the following information: Your Name Your Email Order Number Item(s) to be returned Reason for return We will send you an RA number, along with the address to ship the return. Carefully package the returned item(s) with the packing slip, and write the RA number on the outside of the box. Non-defective items must be returned in new, undamaged condition, in the original packaging with all parts and product documentation. We must receive the return no later than 20 days from the date the item was delivered to you. Please insure the return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost shipments. Fluids and consumable supplies are not eligible for return. When the return has been processed, your will be notified by email, and the refunded amount will be applied to your credit card. Please allow sufficient processing time for this credit to appear on your statement, as we must receive communication from the warehouse or manufacturer that the return has been processed by them. |
