Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy:

We want your experience with Pianogoods products and service to be a great one. In the event that there is an issue with your order requiring a return, we've got you covered:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective on receipt, we will replace the item at our expense and pay the shipping. Defective items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving.

If you wish to return an item for other reasons, the item must be shipped back within 20 days, and the buyer is responsible for shipping expenses. Restocking fee is 10% for most items, deducted from the refund, 15% for most benches, and 20% for House of Troy lighting products.

Send an email to returns@pianogoods.com and include the following information: Your Name
Your Email
Order Number
Item(s) to be returned
Reason for return

We will send you an RA number, along with the address to ship the return.

Carefully package the returned item(s) with the packing slip, and write the RA number on the outside of the box.

Non-defective items must be returned in new, undamaged condition, in the original packaging with all parts and product documentation.

We must receive the return no later than 20 days from the date the item was delivered to you. Please insure the return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost shipments.

Fluids and consumable supplies are not eligible for return.

When the return has been processed, your will be notified by email, and the refunded amount will be applied to your credit card. Please allow sufficient processing time for this credit to appear on your statement, as we must receive communication from the warehouse or manufacturer that the return has been processed by them.\




Most items are shipped UPS Ground. Sheet music cabinets and heavy items may be shipped by UPS Freight.

If an item that you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately with the estimated delay, and find out if you prefer to wait for the item to become available (back order), change your order to a similar item that is in stock, or cancel your order. Your credit only charged for completed, shipping orders.

Some products are designated as Free Shipping items. If your order consists entirely of Free Shipping items, no shipping charge will be added to your order at checkout. If your order consists of a combination of Free Shipping and non-Free Shipping items, a shipping charge will still be applied at checkout for the items that are not designated as Free Shipping products.
